California privacy & deletion
A straightforward way to understand your rights and ask us to delete your personal information.
Your California rights
Depending on whether the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to the processing, California residents may have rights to know and access personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, opt out of its sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
This notice describes the information handled through this website. See our privacy policy for the categories collected, their sources and purposes, recipients, and retention criteria. We do not ask for sensitive personal information through the website.
Request deletion, access or correction
Email support@rejuvagrowth.com with the subject “Delete my personal information,” “Access my personal information” or “Correct my personal information.” Include the email address you used with us and enough context to locate your records, such as your practice name. There is no need to create an account.
Do not send medical records, identity documents or payment information with your initial request. We may verify access, correction or deletion requests using information we already have, and request only additional information reasonably needed. If we cannot verify a request, we will explain what is needed.
Email a deletion requestWhat happens next
For applicable access, correction and deletion requests, we acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If a permitted extension is needed, we explain why and the revised deadline. We do not charge for ordinary requests; any exception will be handled as permitted by law.
Deletion is subject to lawful exceptions, such as records needed for security, legal obligations or completing a requested transaction. We explain relevant exceptions and, where required, direct service providers and other recipients to delete the information. Limited backup copies may remain until their normal deletion cycle.
Authorized agents and questions
An authorized agent may send a request to support@rejuvagrowth.com. Where permitted, we may ask for evidence of authority and may verify the individual directly. We do not require an account to submit a request.
If you have questions about our response, contact support@rejuvagrowth.com. You can also find information about California privacy rights through California’s privacy regulator and the Attorney General.
