Privacy policy
Your information deserves the same care as your business. Here is what RejuvaGrowth collects, why we use it, and how you can stay in control.
Who we are
RejuvaGrowth operates rejuvagrowth.com. This policy covers visitors, prospective clients and people who contact us through this website. Contact support@rejuvagrowth.com with questions or privacy requests.
This website is for business inquiries about our services. It is not a patient portal. Please do not submit patient records, medical information, payment card details or other sensitive personal information.
Information we collect
We collect information that you choose to provide when checking your area, submitting an application, scheduling a call or contacting us. Our hosting systems also receive technical information when you use the website.
- Contact and business information: your name, email, phone number, practice name, city and state, website, role, patient-volume range, capacity and correspondence.
- Application and booking information: your answers, service-area status, submission time and booking confirmation when scheduling is available.
- Technical and referral information: IP address, browser and device details, request times, security logs, referral source and campaign parameters associated with your visit or inquiry.
How we use it
We use information to check service availability, evaluate and respond to inquiries, arrange calls, provide requested services, operate and improve the website, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Information can be processed in application records, correspondence and hosting or diagnostic logs. We do not intentionally include your form contact details in website analytics events.
Service providers and disclosures
Vercel hosts this website and processes technical information and diagnostic logs. When enabled, Supabase stores application records, Resend delivers messages, and Calendly handles scheduling. These providers receive information needed for their functions. If you use Calendly, scheduling information may include your name, email and business answers.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect people, rights or security. Third-party services have their own privacy practices.
Cookies and browser storage
We use local storage to remember your light or dark theme and privacy choices. Session storage keeps referral information and form or booking details during your visit. A short-lived application cookie, expiring after two days, connects an application to its booking confirmation.
You can clear cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. This can reset preferences or interrupt an application. Essential hosting and security processing continues when optional analytics is turned off.
Website analytics
When enabled, Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate reporting about page visits and interactions such as area checks and booking steps. Our integration removes query strings and URL fragments before sending analytics events. Form names, emails and phone numbers are not intentionally sent as event properties.
You can block optional analytics using Your privacy choices. We also treat a supported Global Privacy Control signal as an instruction to block optional analytics in that browser.
Do not sell or share my personal information / Your privacy choices
Advertising and remarketing
We use Meta advertising services to promote our business. We may use the Meta Pixel and related remarketing tools on this website when enabled and permitted by your privacy choices. Meta Pixel is not currently active on this website.
When enabled, these tools may use cookies, pixels, beacons or other storage technologies to let Meta collect or receive information about visits, interactions, browser or device details and identifiers from this website and elsewhere. Meta may use that information for advertising measurement and personalized ads on Facebook, Instagram and other services, and may combine it with information it already holds about you.
This information is not necessarily anonymous to Meta. A website advertising opt-out applies to information sent from this browser; it does not remove information Meta already holds or change your Meta account preferences. We will update this notice and provide applicable choices before activating website advertising tracking.
Retention and security
We retain personal information for the purposes described in this policy. Retention depends on the nature of the inquiry, our relationship with you, operational and security needs, and applicable legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it, subject to backup cycles and lawful exceptions.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, where privacy laws can differ from those in your location.
Your privacy rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@rejuvagrowth.com. We may need enough information to locate your records and verify a request. Depending on where you live and the law that applies, additional rights may be available.
California residents can use our California privacy and deletion page to learn about requests, authorized agents and opt-outs. Browser preferences apply to the browser and device where they are saved, so set them again if you change devices or clear storage.
Children and policy updates
Our services and website are intended for adult business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can take appropriate steps.
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
